Important Notice
Please note that we do not offer free returns. All return-related shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met.

All parts, components, and original packaging must be included and in the same condition as received.

Items must be undamaged and in original condition. Products showing signs of use or careless handling will not be accepted.

For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. If the return meets all requirements, we will confirm acceptance within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or non-compliance with the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order qualifies for return, please follow these steps:

Our team will respond with the correct return address.
Please do not send the parcel to the sender address on your package, as this is not our returns location. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service team. After 1 hour, the order enters automated processing and cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via a clear written statement (e.g., email) sent to hello@olivia-california.com. The withdrawal becomes effective once we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because our fulfillment process is fully automated, we cannot stop shipment once the order has been processed. If the goods are already in transit, please wait until delivery before initiating a return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Include clear photos of the item(s) and a brief description of the issue.
If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we will send a replacement item free of charge.
Customs Fees
Return shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or handling fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered or reimbursed by our store.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
